The Editors would like to thank all the well-wishers, many of whom we've never met, who sent emails wishing us both a speedy recovery. To answer two recurring points: no, we don't live together and no, we don't eat off the same plate. We did, however, both 'dine' at the same fast food establishment last week and, like a few others we imagine, have paid the price.
