Flow Interactive, the website design and research company, has produced a case study about the project it was commissioned to do for National Express East Coast - to design and produce the NXEC website, that replaced the one used by GNER, when it took over the operation of the ECML franchise at the end of last year.

The Flow Interactive blog details other projects they've undertaken, though they are written with an understandable bias as they're the ones who've made each project happen. Interesting blog though.
