East Midlands Trains has announced that it will be refurbishing its fleet of class 158 dmu's from August.
The work, being undertaken by Derby-based Delta Rail, will include repainiting into fleet livery, improved seating design and capacity, a new toilet area, CCTV on every train, and better air conditioning units.The work will take approximately 4-6 weeks per train and the project is estimated to be completed by 20 months.
