Stagecoach in Chesterfield drivers plan strike action as a result of not receiving agreement with their management over their annual pay and conditions revision. Two strike dates have been announced, Friday 7 & 14 September; drivers also plan a work-to-rule from 7 September. There are two Trade Unions within the Chesterfield depot, T&GWU (the largest, made-up of primarily ex Chesterfield Transport drivers with the majority of new starters) and the RMT (made up of primarily ex EMMS drivers and a selection of new starters).
